Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of PushTrack. Please read them carefully.
Last updated: June 2026
By using PushTrack you agree to these terms. The service is provided as-is for personal fitness tracking.
Eligibility.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PushTrack. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these terms and consents to your use.
Use.
You may use PushTrack for lawful, personal purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and the accuracy of the information you provide.
Content.
Your workout data belongs to you. We do not sell it. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. You grant PushTrack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display content you submit (workouts, profile, group messages) solely as needed to operate the service for you and the people you share with.
User conduct & objectionable content.
PushTrack has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is objectionable, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or unlawful, and not to harass or abuse other users. Objectionable language is automatically filtered before a message can be posted. In any group chat you can report a message (long-press → Report) or block a user, who is then hidden from you immediately. We review reported content and take appropriate action — including removing content and warning, suspending, or terminating the accounts of users who violate this policy — as quickly as we reasonably can, and typically within 24 hours of a report. Users removed for violations may be barred from creating a new account.
Communications.
Account and verification emails are required to operate the service. Push and email reminders are opt-in from Settings, and every reminder email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Availability.
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The service may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice.
Medical disclaimer.
PushTrack is not a medical product. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. We are not liable for injury, illness, or health outcomes resulting from your use of the service.
NO WARRANTY.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REP COUNTS OR FORM CLASSIFICATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUSHTRACK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Termination.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms other users.
Changes.
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of PushTrack will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Severability.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PushTrack regarding the service.
